thanx for the info.i ve made mind but simpler version.this one is more accurate myb i have to do minor alteration to calculate the dividend that i get based on the asb loan i purchased.thnx!

kompius.. kita wat asb loan kan, tapi napa monthly tu di kira dalam tiap2 bulan, kita bayar kat bank, so monthly tu xdikira dalam asb. tapi dalam calculator ni, i tgk monthlly kita masuk dalam kiraan asb napa? bank bagi sedebuk camtu, itu jer la yang asb kita. monthy kita tu p kat bank.
