Hi Sir,
A very good everning to you. Well, i have decided to take up the ASB Loan today after thinking about it for 6 months. I felt CIMB Bank is the best choice compared to Maybank.
So, i took up the RM 10k loan. For the first 3 years, i need to pay RM 190.00 monthly and RM 194.00 monthly for the next 2 years as i made the repayment facility for 5 years.
So Sir, i just would like to enquire some facts & figures from your end :
1) Will i be able to withdraw my money anytime i want after paying for let say about 3 or 4 months?
2) Will i be getting the RM 10k the moment i am qualified to get the loan?
3) How much dividend and bonuses will i be getting till the end of 2008?
4) If i did not withdraw my money in ASB, will my RM 10k RM 1k (the amount which i will get yearly) every year, will my money will double up and brought forward to RM 11,000.00 next year (2009)?
5) i will be starting the payment monthly RM 190.00 for the first 3 years and remaining 2 years, RM 194.00 monthly, so after 5 years, how much will i have in my ASB account?
6) i don’t really understand on the calculation using your Calculator V 3.3 which i’ve downloaded.
Well, that’s all my questions. I hope you will take sometime and reply to ALL my questions above. Thank you so much and i would be very greatful if you were to help me or give me some ideas or tips on what to do or what shall i do about it …
Have a nice day ahead Sir!
Yours,
Carol
