saya orang baru pasal loan ni dan saya amat berminat pasal loan ASB.kalau boleh la saya nak buat gini…

1)loan 10k dari asb selama 25 thn utk rm56 sebulan…setahun pas tu…reloan utk tutup loan pertama 15k pula.so dalam asb ada 25k.kalau dapat interest asb lepas setahun 25k x 7% interest asb = RM 1750..so senang la tak perlu keluar duit lagi mau bayar loan ambik ja dari interest…kalau saya buat gitu sampai asb penuh boleh ke?saya sedang terfikir mau buat macam tu kalau boleh…so kalau ada apa2 pandangan tolong bagitau ok!saya ni bole lah dikatakan “noob” dalam hal2 macam ni haha

i’ve tried to look ur topic and discussion on the calculation. i’ve seen you calculation table as well. can look at it. in my case, say i have some amount in my ASB. but now i would like to make the loan. so how to calculate in the calculator. can u advise?

if it doesn’t change recently, it’s 10 years not 5 years. and it’s not average but the minimum balance for each month for the last 10 years.

Hi Irwan,

As far as I have noticed. ASB bonus is calculated by average fund for 5 years divided by 5 and multiply by bonus percentage. It’s not simply added into dividend percentage and straight away get the figure.
